Welcome to Training Camp…
We have arrived back in Georgia!!!! Corey and I came back to work a World Race Training Camp and I couldn’t be more excited. We get to step into the lives of about 50 young adults… people who were on the track for the American Dream – big car, big house, big kids, bit mortgage, big debt, big disappointments. In the middle of the rat race ahead of them, they stopped, picked their heads up above the noise, and said “Isn’t there more than this?” God’s answer to them came in the form of World Race. It’s an 11 month journey around the world, living among, learning from, ministering to the poorest of the poor, and in the process they find all that God has for them. It’s a privilege to be at the beginning of their journey.
Would you be our prayer covering these next 10 days? We will be up at the crack of dawn, down late at night, and pouring ourselves out physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We want to be the conduit for all that God has to flow through us into these new participants. Some have hurts, pains, and baggage that we can’t imagine. By God’s grace we’ll help them drop their load and find God’s easy and light yoke over them. That only happens through the Body of Christ coming together to pray over them. Would you join us???
